Autopost ("the app") is a personal tool operated by a single individual for their own use. This policy explains how the app handles data.
The app is used only by its owner to publish their own content to their own social media accounts. It has no other users and does not process data belonging to anyone else.
youtube.upload scope (to upload the
owner's videos) and youtube.readonly scope (to read the owner's own channel
name for display in the interface).Data is used exclusively to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own channels. The app does not use YouTube API data for any purpose other than performing the upload the owner requested.
All data — video files and authentication tokens — is stored locally on the owner's own computer. Tokens are stored in a local file readable only by the owner's user account. Nothing is uploaded to any server operated by the app, and no analytics are collected.
The app does not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. The only external parties that receive data are the social platforms themselves (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and only for the purpose of publishing the owner's content, through their official APIs.
This app uses YouTube API Services. Its use of information received from YouTube API Services complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Data handling by Google is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The owner may revoke the app's access to their Google account at any time via Google security settings. Authentication tokens obtained via the API are stored only locally and can be deleted by the owner at any time from within the app.
Tokens and files remain on the owner's computer until the owner deletes them. Disconnecting an account in the app removes its stored token. There is no server-side copy to delete.
